Our shipping policy

Just to be safe and accommodate the unpredictability of good ol' fashioned snail mail, please allow between 10-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed, we agree: That's insane!! So please email us at kim@girlinthewild.ca to review the status of your order. We'll figure it out together.

 

Our return policy
You've got up to 30 days from receiving your Girl In The Wild gear to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (So wearing it with the tag on to your friend's party, you sly minx!)

The cost of shipping to return an item is your responsibility. If we refund your purchase, the original shipping cost will be refunded. Not the return shipping cost. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

Our refund policy
We'll send you an email accepting (or rejecting) your refund once we've received your returned item(s) and have inspected them. If you are approved, we'll process your refund and issue an automatic credit through PayPal.
